The researchers found that negative electrons would accumulate on the surface of the PVC plastic film if they were subjected to long-term friction. If the accumulation time is too long, after reaching a certain amount, the adsorption between the door curtain and the dust will increase. So, how can we better release the electrons accumulated on the surface of the door curtain? This requires materials with good conductivity to release the electrons on the curtain. The researchers chose a black ink with good conductivity and printed it on the door curtain. The surface of the door curtain has good conductivity, but the surface layer of the conductive ink is still an insulating material. Therefore, once electrons are generated, the ink layer can transfer electrons to the air by virtue of its good conductivity, thereby avoiding the accumulation of static electrons and achieving the purpose of anti-static.
