Industrial lifting doors are composed of a series of door panels (commonly made of metal or cloth materials, etc.), which rise along the track. The running situation can bring people a strong visual impact. The balance of the door body is guaranteed by the torsion spring system or the counterweight system. Different industrial lifting door panels with track systems and lifting methods can adapt to different buildings, and a variety of colors are available. Its dexterous features make it suitable for almost every kind of door used outside buildings.
1. The matching tolerance between the shell and the iron core is too large, which causes the iron core to shift in series. The solution is to correct the position of the iron core first, and then fix it with expanding iron and weld it to death. When adjusting the position of the iron core, first install one end of the rotor on the end cover, and then move the rotor into the stator to make the end cover in place. At this time, if the iron core of the stator and rotor is normal, it should be consistent, so as to determine the two iron cores. Whether the position of the core changes. The end cover is divided into the shaft extension end and the fan blade end. When the wiring of the stator is facing itself, the left-hand end is the shaft extension end. Pay attention when installing the end cover shaft.
2. The falling wire of the fixed end cover is broken in the wire hole. The solution is to drop a little screw loosening liquid or gasoline at the broken end, and gently spread the broken end with electrician's pliers to soften the broken wire with electrician's pliers, and then use electrician's pliers to loosen the broken wire. Clamp the broken end and unscrew it counterclockwise. If the broken end is in the wire hole, use a small drill to drill a certain depth in the center of the broken wire, and then use a tap to tap the hole. The diameter of the tap should be the same as the diameter of the broken wire. Or less than the broken wire diameter.
3. The fixing wire hole of the shell base is broken or incomplete. The solution is to repair the weld firmly at the crack. If it is incomplete, half a screw nut or a screw nut can be repaired on the section according to the disconnection situation, as long as the machine base can be fixed. That's it. When welding the shell, cast iron welding rod or aluminum welding is used, and hydrogen arc welding can also be used.
4. The shell has cracks but the cracks are relatively light. When the seam is not deformed, it can be repaired and welded firmly. If the crack is severe and the deformed end cover cannot be closed, such a shell will be scrapped.
