There are three types of industrial lift doors : upper slide lift, full vertical lift and semi-vertical lift. The torsion springs are installed as follows.
1. The upper slide lifts the industrial lift gate :
1. The door body is placed on the bottom (closed state): one end of the torsion spring is fixed, and the other end is wound to the number of turns required for installation, then push the adjustment end of the torsion spring to the fixed end, and tighten the adjustment flange. screw. The number of twisted turns of the torsion spring = door height ÷ wire wheel circumference + preload 0.5 to 1 turn.
2. Put the door on the top (i.e. in the open state): fix one end of the torsion spring, stretch the torsion spring 60-120mm along the adjustment end, then pre-tighten 0.5-1 turn, and finally fix the adjustment end of the torsion spring on the shaft with screws superior. Why is the torsion spring stretched? Because during the lifting process of the door body, the outer diameter of the torsion spring will become smaller and the number of turns will increase. Therefore, the elongated spring makes it have a certain gap, which is convenient for lifting the door body.
2. Completely vertical industrial lifting door : Because the torsion spring always bears the weight of the door body, only by changing the size of the wheel diameter, that is, changing the torque, can the torsion force of the torsion spring and the weight of the door be balanced, so tower wheels need to be installed. The fully vertical lifting industrial door torsion spring needs to be pre-loaded during installation. The length of the steel wire rope must be determined according to the spool of the tower wheel. It is necessary to ensure that when the door body is opened to the top, the wire rope is completely wound on the tower wheel from the large circle to the small circle.
3. Semi-vertical lifting industrial door: It is necessary to install a half tower wheel to balance the torque of the torsion spring and the weight of the door. When the door is lifted vertically, the part of the half-cone wheel is used; when the sliding part of the door is lifted, the flat part of the half-cone wheel is used.
The torsion spring of the semi-vertical lifting industrial door also needs to be pre-tightened during installation. The winding method of the wire rope is as follows: first wind from the large circle of the half tower wheel to the small circle, and it must be fully wound, and then continue to wind on the flat wheel of the half tower wheel. The number of turns on the flat wheel is based on the sliding part of the door. Lift height to determine.
